Tracks, Props & Stacks

1. Warranty is at the discretion of Tracks Props and Stacks PTY LTD

2. No warranty or re-works will be accepted or completed without the original invoice for works completed paid in full and by the due date, failure to comply with payment terms voids any warranties or support given by Tracks Props & Stacks PTY LTD

3. In the event that warranty re-work, repairs or make good offered by Tracks Props and Stacks PTY LTD are refused by the Customer or Customer representative they remediated at their own cost.

4. Parts supplied to Tracks Props and Stacks PTY LTD by the customer carry no warranties by Tracks Props and Stacks PTY LTD. Fitment or failure of these parts that cause further failure are at the cost of the customer.

5. In the event that a failure or fault has occurred Tracks Props and Stacks PTY LTD are to be notified in a timely manner giving them the opportunity to rectify, make good or choose the repair option. Failing to give Tracks Props and Stacks PTY LTD the firstright to complete this, the customer or customer representative does so at their own cost.

6. Works completed by Tracks Props and Stacks PTY LTD carry a rework period of 3 calendar months in total.

7. Works completed at Tracks Props and Stacks PTY LTD premises are warranted from that premises, Travel cost to an offsite location will be incurred by the customer. Towage or repatriation cost will not be covered by Tracks Props and Stacks PTY LTD.
